is it normal for it to take a long long time to convert a Youtube video to MP4? why? how long for a 45 minute video?

I am using "Freemake" and I just purchased the key and was expecting it to be faster, since they said it had "Turbo download"..but i have been waiting for nearly 4 hours for a 45 minute video to convert to MP4, what is maybe wrong?

Why are you using Freemake?? There is a better way.You can download any YouTube video as MP4 OR if you just want the Music track you can download the MP3.
