已取身份證，但單程證不見?

朋友是結婚申請過來香港的，已經取得香港居民身份證（未取永久居民身份證），但單程證因為辦銀行卡不見，已經到警處報案有報案紙！請問具體需要去到灣仔入境處辦理？還是沙田的入境處也可以？具體需要什麼資料？費用需要多少？幾多天可以取得單程證？求大神幫助！

No action is needed, as there is no remedy of a lost One-way Permit that has been used.
The relevant information is already on file with the Immigration Department. She simply needs to indicate she lost the One-way Permit, the Immigration Department will do necessary research to verify.
