What is obvious is that you are a Mental Midget
The responses are worse than the question!
There was no flood, There is no God!

Meat eating came with the control of fire possibly 300.000 yeas ago.
Prior to that humans ate woody vegetables and later leafy grasses and berries as Hunter/Gatherers. Human in early civilizations raised sheep and goats as food and clothing.

Human beings have been omnivores since long before they invented the idea of god.  It's clear from our biology that we've always been omnivores as we have features of both herbivores and carnivores while being less good at either than the specialists.  Ancient sites of prehistoric man show implements and evidence of meat eating.

No gods involved. Our nearest relatives, chimpanzees, eat meat. Early hominids were also meat eaters. It is probably just an evolutionary process.

AFTER THE FLOOD.

The proclamation came after the flood.

Genesis 9:3 KJV — Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

Officially God only permitted man a vegetarian diet from Adam until Noah but didn't give mankind permission to eat meat until after the flood.

It was sometime after to the flood waters subsided and Noah and his family was able to leave the Ark.

Every moving animal that is alive may serve as food for you. Just as I gave you the green vegetation, I give them all to you.4 Only flesh with its life—its blood—you must not eat.  Genesis 9:3, 4

Originally, vegetation and fruit, and not flesh, were given man as his diet. But after the Flood, God added animal flesh, commanding, however, that “flesh with its soul—its blood—you must not eat.”
Ge 9:3Every moving animal that is alive may serve as food for you. Just as I gave you the green vegetation, I give them all to you. 4 Only flesh with its life—its blood—you must not eat.

That is an interesting question notice the Bible's answer here at Genesis 9:3,4:
Every moving animal that is alive may serve as food for you. Just as I gave you the green vegetation, I give them all to you. Only flesh with its life—its blood—you must not eat.

Man's original diet was vegetarian, but Jehovah later expanded it to include animal flesh. In the days of righteous Noah—Jehovah caused a global deluge and brought an end to the then existing wickedness on earth. Noah, his family, and the living creatures he took into the ark survived the Flood. After they emerged from the ark, Jehovah for the first time stated as was earlier read in Genesis 9:3,4 “Every moving animal that is alive may serve as food for you. As in the case of green vegetation, I do give it all to you.”

Just after the food. I don't know the exact reference but the flood story starts in Genesis 6.

God Himself, in the Person of Jesus Christ, did away with many of the rules and regulations of Old Testament Judaism, including its many dietary restrictions. Jesus Himself ate meat and fish. His teaching on dietary restrictions was "It is not what goes into a man that makes him unclean, but what comes out of him".

It was Noah who first made a sacrifice to God Genesis 1:8) and eating meat was from then on,(Genesis 9:3) because AFTER SIN CAME, God knew that only eating vegetables (being vegetarian in other words) would make us weak. (Romans 14: 2 ) The Bible specifically tells us that we are not to judge those who DON'T eat meat or those who DO eat meat - you can read all about it in Romans 14: 1 onward

The Biblical answer is after the Flood.

After the flood God Jehovah told Noah that he can eat meat.

After the Flood came to an end, Jehovah God told Noah that He had given him the animals to serve as food just like the vegetation. The only stipulation was that the animal be bled properly. (Genesis 9:3 & 4)

I don't think god had anything to do with it. Man ate meat to survive, he didn't just forage for berries to survive.

Jehovah God the Creator is responsible for the existence of all flesh and for its life. He is referred to in the Bible as “Jehovah the God of the spirits [including the life-force] of all sorts of flesh.” (Nu 27:16; compare Ge 6:17.) He states that the soul (life) of the fleshly creature is in the blood. (Le 17:11-14) Originally, vegetation and fruit, and not flesh, were given man as his diet. But after the Flood, God added animal flesh, commanding, however, that “flesh with its soul—its blood—you must not eat.”—Ge 9:3, 4.

The best I can tell from Scripture, eating meat was not allowed until after the Noahic Flood (Gen. 9:3). It seems that people were all vegetarian prior to that time. Of course, I wouldn't be surprised if many people violated God's previous commands. I would imagine that even cannibilism probably occurred to some extent before the Flood. That's how utterly wicked and depraved mankind had become.

Unlike Young-Earth Creationists, I reject the view that all animal death is the result of human sin. Rom. 5:12 specifically says that human death is the result of human sin. I personally hold to the gap theory that posits there is a gap of time (possibly hundreds, thousands, or even millions of years) between Gen. 1:1 and 1:3. God judged the previous earth after Lucifer's rebellion (I believe by means of a pre-Adamic Flood), and the six days (which are literal 24 hour days) mentioned in the first chapter of Genesis are actually a restoration (or recreation) of the earth.

The truth is that death leads to heaven or hell, and the only way to heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ.

The Bible is very clear that no one can earn their way to heaven since good works do not pay for sins. See Gal. 2:16, Rom. 3:23-28, 4:4-5, Eph. 2:8-9, Tit. 3:5. The only way to heaven is by believing in Jesus for His free gift of eternal life. Jesus shed His blood on the cross as the full payment for our sins. He did all the work; all He requires of us is that we believe in Him. Once you believe in Jesus Christ to save you, you are secure forever!

Because we have all sinned against a perfectly holy and righteous God, we all deserve eternal separation from God in hell (Rom. 6:23). However, God loves us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to die on the cross as our Substitute so we don't have to go to hell. Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave three days later (1 Cor. 15:3-4). He gives eternal life freely to anyone who simply believes in Him for it. No one can be saved by doing good works. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone (Eph. 2:8-9).

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life" (John 6:47).

God made the clothing to replace the fig leaves that Adam and Eve used to cover themselves with.
Genesis 3
21 The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them.

The skin came from animals, we can assume. And the next time I remember an animal being involved is with the sacrifice Able made that was accepted. It required sacrificing an animal.

God provided us with edible animals in the same manner that He provided us with fruits and vegetables.

Eating meat or refraining from it does not make one a better person. Romans 14:1-17 Neither should one’s diet become the prime concern in his life. “Man must live,” Jesus said, “not on bread alone, but on every utterance coming forth through Jehovah’s mouth.” Matthew 4:4.
Jehovah God the Creator is responsible for the existence of all flesh and for its life. He is referred to in the Bible as “Jehovah the God of the spirits [including the life-force] of all sorts of flesh.” Nu 27:16; compare Ge 6:17. when he gave us common sense and made us learn to be part of the food chain.

unfortunately those humans that lived near the glaciers had no option but to eat things like fish and other available edible nourishing things that moved and breathed.  Sadly they didn't have any vegetables where they lived.   hopefully you can understand why the history of what we eat isn't so clear cut and why anybody claiming eating meat is wrong,  is clearly a douche bag.

I don't think God did allow man to eat meat.  I think eating meat was the original sin.
But man changed it to an apple because.. well, I don't think I need to tell anyone why man changed it in the bible he wrote.  People love their meat, maybe even more than they love God.  I don't know, I can't look into their souls..  But God can and He will be the judge.

from the garden of Eden the word of God said that fruits and vegetables were as good as meat for the belly. so, its assumed that eating meat is not good, the israelites ate the flesh of dragons according to the bible, so there was the hunting and eating of animals for food. 20% of the diet needs protein, and if we can eat broccoli and legumes for protein, it only needs to be about that same 20% . they probably started eating meat with the sacrifice of animals during the days of Cain and Abel.  eating meat is also allowed during times of famine and winter months but to be eaten with thanksgiving.  Paul also writes that They should not let others judge us in eating meats and the sabbaths. and Jesus appeared to Peter 3 times about eating unclean animals and then calling that which He has made clean to be unclean see acts 10. technically broccoli has more protein than a slice of steak.

Before the increase in science and medical knowledge meat was always an integral part of the diet because of our biological design. Meat is a readily available source of food in abundance as long as the supply is maintained properly. Without it mankind would have struggled to survive and certainly wouldn't have thrived. Nowadays we have the ability to recreate the essential elements of our diet which would have otherwise been missing. That is the key to it. Without those essential parts of our diet we would have become weak and genetic anomalies would have ensued. In short, since we are flesh and bones it makes good sense to have a diet which includes flesh and bones since those vital constituents must already be present. Even amongst vegetarians and vegans nowadays there are drawbacks to not eating meat but these are much less pronounced than they would have been from the beginning e.g. meat takes much longer to be digested in the system and therefore lasts longer as a fuel. That is effectively what food is ... a fuel.

Flesh as Food. God told Noah after the Flood that, along with vegetation, he could use for food every moving animal that is alive. (Ge 9:3, 4)
Later, under the Law, the Israelites were restricted to eating what were defined as clean animals. These are listed in Leviticus, chapter 11, and Deuteronomy, chapter 14.The common people did not ordinarily eat much meat. But occasionally a goat or a lamb would be slaughtered for a communion sacrifice or in honor of a guest. (Le 3:6, 7, 12; 2Sa 12:4; Lu 15:29, 30) Among the more well-to-do, beef cattle were slaughtered. (Ge 18:7; Lu 15:23) – WT Library

As soon as man started craving for meat. God didn't like it, but gave in, He would allow us to eat human meat if we told Him we wanted it. Then this world would have been a real hell already.

after the fall when sin entered the world

Bible says the ruler of this world is a negative power or Satan. On the other hand, when he got this world he was in the Gods Kingdom. God kicked out him from his world. So most probably God did a mistake by giving this world to Satan.

This world runs with lust but the bible restricts us from having a sexual relationship with anyone. It allowed sexual relationships only with our married life partner. As per this information, men has also no right to be married to more than one woman.

Jesus remained hungry for 40 days but he did not hunt, kill and ate any animal. (written in the bible) But people say he was non-vegetarian.

The ruler of this world is a sinner. Included his three archangels. God did not command us to eat animals those were archangels that were seen after saints.
