中文原句本身的句式已很爛，我認為比較理想的寫法(若必要把兩件東西"分開"寫)是：
紅色的玩具車是Kevin的，那個機器人也是他的。
The red toy car belongs to Kevin, so is that robot.
當然綜合來看結合一句已經可以了：
紅色的玩具車和那個機器人都是Kevin的。
The red toy car and that robot both belongs to Kevin.
所以若按原句"翻譯"，你譯得很好了，只是沒有英語人會這樣說/寫/讀不懂的。
紅色的玩具車是Kevin的，那個機器人也是他的。
The red toy car belongs to Kevin, so is that robot.

and句型為對等連接詞that robot應該改成the robot，後面的is也要去掉，直接too就好了，改完的結果是
The red toy car is Kevin’s toy , and the robot , too.
