It makes one wonder what lie they told the insurance company to get the liability insurance.  Obviously, the agents defrauded the insurance companies which would be a crime.   It has to be illegal to buy insurance to protect you from a crime.  So, if the agents would have ever claimed the insurance protection, they would have committed a crime by lying about why they needed the liability protection.
