Intracranial bleeding is quite fatal. When you start CPR to a patient with intracranial bleeding, you are actually making the bleeding worse. The bleeding must be stopped first before CPR can be administered.
Sorry to say - if a patient is not already at a medical facility that is capable for neurosurgery, the patient's survival rate is basically none . The patient generally only has minutes to rush into surgery.
