It is a hardware issue - "The system encountered an uncorrectable hardware error."
It is mostly memory related.
Check your memory if possible. If not, try to remove and/or swap some memory and see.

這是最邪惡的藍畫面，冇得救，只有洗機重裝，最好換新硬碟，硬碟壞機會大，新的也會壞
