What evidence is there 4 the wild BLM conspiracy theory that white supremacist have infiltrated the police and are hunting & killing blacks?

I occasionally hear about incidents of actual racism. I occasionally hear about incidents of police brutality. Once in a great while there may even be an incident that involves both racism and police brutality. I can't find a shred of evidence that America has (present tense) a problem with racist policing. The statistics simply aren't there. It seems like the BLM race war is purely political. Show me the statistical trend. If there is one.
