律師如果有刑事前科有何影響？執業的律師如果觸犯刑事案件，並留下刑事前科，對他的職業生涯會有重大影響嗎？

有被判刑1年以上有期徒刑確定者，將不發律師證
所以有刑事前科 他可能會被廢牌，就無法執業了。

律師於本法中華民國一百零八年十二月十三日修正之條文施行前有第五條
第一項第一款情形者，法務部應於修正施行後二年內廢止其證書。但修正
施行前經律師懲戒委員會審議為除名以外之其他處分，或刑之執行完畢已
逾七年者，不予廢止。

律師有刑事案底就要看他有否在律師公會上申報，如果沒有就多犯另一項刑事罪
