i left my conservator a message, telling him that i needed to talk to him, about something serious, which is my diabetes, and he did not call me back .

Depends on how long it takes to normally get call backs from your conservator. I will assume, that if this was an emergency, or life and death, your conservator would not have been the first call that you would have made.
If the conservator were to return the call, say 24, 48 to even 72 hours later, how does the information change, as far getting answers?
