perfect medical 美容公司在荃灣騙療程後，分店荃灣倒閉，只能旺角提供服務，本人行動不便，要求退回未做療程費，它們經理只能與公司相討，請問我可否追回未做療程費嗎？請問可以教我怎樣做嗎？
