nope, but it was lots easier prior to modern foods, which brought cavities/ bone deformation/ and much much more......they removed much of the nutrition, the bread used to be dark, and had iodine in it as well, and the people ate stone ground rye bread and had milk straight from the cow, and had no cavities, you can look it up for yourselves ' Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston Price' it's online in PDF form
with all the text with pictures to prove the point....if you want further study....

Sure, for about 3 weeks.  After that, the body starts eating itself to maintain life.

For a time people can FAST and have no food whatsoever, only water if that's what you are referring to and the body can live for quite a long time that way but it's a very painful death and the time varies in everyone.  Some folks can go three weeks before they die, some a month some a little longer, but just like any engine - car or 'plane etc., every moving part needs nourishment/gas/petrol etc., and without it the engine sputters and dies eventually
