汽車起步、煞車及高速時發出異音?

我在剛起步時會有異音，踩煞車（未踩到底約一半）會出現異音，時有時無，有時很大聲，另高速行駛時也會有輕微的異音，有去車場給人看過，他說煞車片正常，分泵也沒咬死，建議我換煞車總泵，請問各位大大這真的是總泵問題嗎？

印象中好像是換完分泵跟來令片後才開始出現這總情形的

Extremely unlikely. If it is the master pump issue, you should experience acceleration issue as well (as the pump will prevent the brake from releasing, the acceleration will be hesitated).
It may sound like a rotor problem instead, which is way much cheaper to be fixed.
