Noun has characteristic of:generally not modified by adverbs but adjectives (its front has also used no modification except adj.):- example: very intelligent man, not intelligent man.
intelligence n.;
an "intelligence test"
=The child was given an intelligence test.
Try use "your intelligence" n.
Or an "enemy's intelligence" n.
Or an "intelligent suggestion" adj=Human beings are more "intelligent" than animals.adj
Or an intelligent expression adj
----an intelligent expression in the essay.
----an intelligent expression on somebody's face.
----an intelligent expression on somebody's face-book.
Or an "intelligent" child adj
Or an "intelligent" question/answer
An adverb, as oppose to the subject Noun,  is a word which describes or adds to the meaning of a verb, an adjective, another adverb which answers such questions as how? when? or where? as in eg:-
Intelligence runs quickly.---how
eg:-Intelligence is very smartphone---how.
eg:-Come intelligence tomorrow.---when
eg:-Come here ---where
