is male pedicure fashionable?

Good grooming is always in fashion. 

Of course you should give yourself a regular pedicure and not neglect your feet. If you don't take care of your feet, don't groom your feet, they get all grody and disgusting looking. I wouldn't date a man with nasty looking feet and toes. If he can't be bothered to take care of his feet, what else is there that he can't be bothered to take care of? I don't want to find out. 

I wondered this same question and asked around amongst friends and found out it is more common than I ever realized, but typically not amongst the younger sect unless you are homosexual.  I know, one of those stereotypes, but you often get over those with age.  I haven't done it yet, but see doing so eventually.
