After the dilation, a smaller similar triangle is formed.

(-4, 4) → (-2, 2)

(6, 8) → (3, 4)

(2, 2) → (1, 1)


The answer is shown in the figure below.

Easy.  The "1/2 scale factor" dilation point corresponding to any point is the midpoint of the segment from that point to the origin.  So add line segments from each vertex to the origin and connect the midpoints to make the dilated triangle.
