1. You need to draft a power of attorney document per Taiwan's legal standards (It does not matter if it is drafted in Hong Kong or Taiwan, by you or someone else).

2. You need to notarize the document by a Hong Kong notary public.

3. You need to bring the notarized document to TECO Hong Kong for authentication.

Now the document can be used in Taiwan.
