When ever I mention my achievements my mom lies and act like she got hurt for attention why 🙁??

If this is so, she may genuinely feel hurt for attention, though its completely inappropriate. She may be emotionally fragile and needy, or even mentally ill. Without more information, it would be impossible to say. There's an old saying: you can't get water from a dry well. So if she continues to be this way, you would be well advised to stop mentioning your achievements to her.
