2002 Jeep Liberty Radio Problems?

Okay so i have a 2002 jeep liberty. When i got it the radio was not working. I checked the fuse box after i got home and of course there was no fuse in there for the radio so i put one in and it worked just fine.(blue 15amp in #34)  After a while it blew again so I replaced it once again. We took a trip up north and the radio work the whole time but the inside lights were flashing on and off here and there. Yesterday we were driving home and the radio blew again so we attempted to replace the fuse and we can’t even get it in without it blowing as we touch the fuse panel. What could be wrong and what can we do to fix it?

There was a reason the prior owner removed the fuse! Need a schematic to trace.

Find out what is shorting out the fuse.

There is a short in the circuit.  Pull the radio, disconnect the connectors to it and put a new fuse.  Fuse does not blow, the radio is bad.  Fuse still blows, wiring to radio is shorting or other loads fed by the fuse is shorting.
