if God seeks A personal relationship with us where can i find that in the bible?

Jas 4:8  Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. 

Even if I tell you the truth, you, with your stubbornness, will not seek the Lord, because you are full of pride?
The relationship with God is had, by bending the knees, and praying him for a time, only in this way, God will reveal himself!
The holy bible is his word, there are several biblical passages that attest to what I have told you!

There are many verses where God states He loves us.
God is our Father and we are His children. A Father child relationship is a very personal relationship.

2 Corinthians 6:18 “And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”

Galatians 3:26  For you are all the children of God, by faith in Christ Jesus.

Our Heavenly Father has provided us with his own written word, the Bible.
John 3:16 tells us - “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life"
He loves each one of us and wants us to draw close to him as brought out in James 4:8 - "Draw close to God and he will draw close to you"
So effort is required. Communication is required as you would with any friend. So prayer is vital in establishing and maintaining a relationship.
Knowing God's name will make you feel closer to him.
Studying the Bible and learning about God's qualities and coming to know him better as a person will help build a more intimate relationship with him.

Our Heavenly Father, Jehovah is ready to accept anyone who wants to be called his friend into a loving everlasting relationship.

Relatationship means relay: a communication of messages between two independent sources eg two people on a phone.

The book does not respond like a person, as the mind reads and the mind responds. It is you having a relationship to yourself.

To have a relationship with someone else (a real person) can bring conflict, as this contradiction between how people are wired up becomes apparent. In the discussion of these underlying differences of opinion (what causes the opinion), two people can show each other a different approach. This is far more useful, as one's own approach is one's own limitations, and escaping these gives you more adaptability. 

The truth is that death leads to heaven or hell, and the only way to heaven is through faith in Jesus Christ.

The Bible is very clear that no one can earn their way to heaven since good works do not pay for sins. See Gal. 2:16, Rom. 3:23-28, 4:4-5, Eph. 2:8-9, Tit. 3:5. The only way to heaven is by believing in Jesus for His free gift of eternal life. Jesus shed His blood on the cross as the full payment for our sins. He did all the work; all He requires of us is that we believe in Him. Once you believe in Jesus Christ to save you, you are secure forever!

Because we have all sinned against a perfectly holy and righteous God, we all deserve eternal separation from God in hell (Rom. 6:23). However, God loves us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to die on the cross as our Substitute so we don't have to go to hell. Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave three days later (1 Cor. 15:3-4). He gives eternal life freely to anyone who simply believes in Him for it. No one can be saved by doing good works. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone (Eph. 2:8-9).

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life" (John 6:47).

The bible did not exist until the fourth century and is comprised of selected and edited books written by man. Get over it!

You won't find it..when organized religions were invented to control populations, they also invented invisible, supernatural gods and put them in charge of running the show...
