1. Not much really.
2. It is quite limited actually. While Pharmacy is a separate specialty, Hong Kong does not exactly separate them from medicine as an independent specialty. Also - Hong Kong is not popular in medical R&D. So it pretty much limits the choice of employment to public entities only.
