My parents were rude AF to me this morning about a topic but my brother is equally as guilty!!! And just when I thought I would be able to hold it back and calm down when I got the chance to relax with my bf tomorrow he tells me we probs won't be able to see eachother til Sept 5 due to him needing the time to pack and move. I offered to help him but he said his friend is helping him...I know he wouldn't cheat but because of how sad and mad (mad at parents not him) I am I'm just thinking of negative things and now at the back of my head the idea is itching at me since i said I don't want sex til marriage... Again I don't he'd cheat but still...

How can I calm down???

Try some yoga and a nice bath. If you were 21 I'd tell you to have a glass of wine as well. We're all pretty stressed out right now so it's not like you're alone in being sick of being locked in, locked down, unable to move about the world and such. This is a devastating time for most people.

Developing a close relationship with God (if you don't have one already) is a great way to calm down. He loves you more than you can even imagine just the way you are unconditionally. The book of John is a great place to start learning about His love for you.

Mutual trust and respect are two of the keys to any long lasting relationship. I hope that he's a strong guy. A strong person has good character (honesty, integrity, trustworthiness), displays a positive attitude (cheerful, caring, friendly, forgiving, helpful, and respectful), fulfills their responsibilities (for handling people who are pains in a positive way, for always trying to make a good choice, for taking care of themselves, for serving others), gives their best effort, and demonstrates self-control (of their body, anger, mouth and money). This is the kind of guy to look for if you want to avoid a broken heart.Hope this helps!
