Actually, we now know that when it comes to weight loss, you want to keep an eye on your diet most of all, exercise is just a bonus, but it could be a minus if it increases your appetite. Basically, you've got to keep your yap shut. :|
I try to eat healthy 6 days a week, but I’ll have cheat day every Saturday, except for on special occasions. I’ll substitute Saturday’s with certain holidays for cheat day.
