In a titration standardization experiment for a HCl, a mass of 0.4897 g of borax (1 eq borax = 190.7 g) was titrated with 22.00 ml of HCl.

No. of eq of borax = (0.4897 g) / (190.7 g/eq) = 0.002568 eq
No. of eq of HCl = No. of eq of borax = 0.002568 eq
Normality of HCl = (0.002568 eq) / (22.00/1000 L) = 0.1167 eq/L

====
OR:
(0.4897 g borax) (1 eq borax / 190.7 g borax) × (1 eq HCl / 1 eq borax) / (22.00/1000 L HCl)
= 0.1167 eq/L HCl
