All of the four salts have the same formula type, i.e. A₂B₂. Hence, their solubility can be directly compared by means of Ksp. The greater the Ksp, the higher the solubility is and thus a high [Hg⁺].
Hg₂F₂ has the greater value for Ksp. Hence, the saturated solution of Hg₂F₂ has the greater value for [Hg⁺].
This is actually a poorly-worded question. The technically correct answer would be none of them. In a solution involving mercury(I), the correct cation in solution is Hg2^2+, not Hg^+.
