由於家人中風，早幾年成為了物業嘅「產業受托監管人」，係咪唔代表擁有物業業權，當日後以監管人身分買樓，仍是首置身分？

1. Yes. You are basically a court-appointed representative. However, you can't act unless the court allows you to do so.
