Your"Chen"English level can only be a few simple sentences and words...

If you need to find a tutor to teach.4 aspects, try do it yourself"-eg:-

(1)speaking:-Is English spoken here in TW=/=HK ?Are you good at speaking in TW publicly?
(2)listening:-Did you listen in to a conversation by BBC tapping recorder receiver?Did you listen in to the President English Tsai public addressTW?Did you listen to a BBC broadcast programme usa styled in TW?
(3)reading:-Read the story aloud(eg Wizard of Oz.)Study an English subject esp at a university for an English degree at Cambridge. in order to become an English teacher.Try read the "Green Grammar Book" yourself .
(4)writing:-Can you write easily or clearly to be recognizable?Can you compose a composition quickly and easily?Must you write up your notes of the English lecture in TW?Have you been writing for 3 hours in the TW English exam?
Practise(vt) makes perfect.

有時間跟$$的話就找家教或去專門的補習班吧~
都沒有的話就去找歷年的考題死背吧~官網有說了歷年考題占40%分數其他看個人努力了!!
