肯請幫忙解釋24小時心跳圖報告?

五歲女兒的24小時心電圖報告我看不懂，醫生也沒解釋，但感覺很嚴重，醫生還有提到「開刀」兩個字，我當時腦袋空白也沒空請醫生詳細解說報告內容，肯請專家幫忙一下：
The patient's basic rhythm was sinus rhythm with average rate of 98bpm.
The maximum rate of 167 bpm was due to sinus tachycardia.
The minimum rate of 54 bpm was due to sinus bradycardia.
Ventricular ectopic activity consisted of 13504 beats, of which, 8339 were single VPCs, 2566 were VE's, 179 were in bigeminy, 2420 were in trigeminy.
No patient's event was recorded.
