They are NOT. Everyone knows Joe Biden can’t hold his own with out a script. I mean he has tried to win the presidency several times and NEVER went over 1% !!

I don't believe I've ever seen a Presidential candidate hold regular Press conferences. Certainly not Trump, who can't string together a grammatically correct sentence without it being scripted for him.
