Investment in new issues (the stock of newly formed companies) can be both suicidal and rewarding. Suppose that of 400 newly formed companies in 1990, only 16 appeared to have outstanding prospects. Suppose that you had selected two of these 400 companies back in 1990. Find the probability (to 4 d.p.) that at least one of your companies had outstanding prospects. Please add the process of how to solve this problem!

In the 400 companies, only 16 had outstanding prospects.
P(a certain company had outstanding prospect)
= 16/400
= 0.04

P(a certain company had no outstanding prospect)
= 1 - 0.04
= 0.96

P(both 2 selected companies had no outstanding prospect)
= 0.96²
= 0.9216

P(at least 1 company had no outstanding prospect in the two selected company)
= 1 - 0.9216
= 0.0784
