There’s no such thing as a guy wanting to be a platonic friend with a female, no matter how much women fantasize and hope for it to be true. 

So if a guy is talking to you, obviously he wants to have sex with you and possibly date you.

It's something you might say to a friend, or it COULD be that he is interested in something more. Either one is possible. You're going to have to ask him.
