If cos θ has a negative value and tan θ has a positive value, find a and b such that
0 < a < θ < b < 360

cosθ < 0 and tanθ > 0
Hence, θ is in the third quadrant, i.e. 180° < θ < 270°
0° < 180° < θ < 270° < 360°

Hence, a = 180° and b = 270°
