where are "yahoo answers" comments going?

The feature was removed, at least for a period of time (as evidenced by the dozens of posts about the topic already). 

Commenting on answers has been removed. For how long we don't know. It could be temporary, or it could be permanent.

Yahoo has Temporary Disabled Comments Until they turn them Back on you wont be able to Comment
on any Answers

They made a Announcement about it here is what they have to say about It

In order to strengthen and improve community and engagement with our audience, we are temporarily disabling comments. Our goal is always to create a safe, engaging place to connect over interests and passions. Please feedback to [email protected]

For now all the Current Comments are Gone you cant even take a look at them Either

They are all being mailed to yahoo

That feature was recently disabled and all the old comments on answers have been deleted.

Sadly it appears they have discontinued it, which I completely disagree with.

Comments are a thing of the past now..
Which is why thousands of users are leaving 
here.
