Original: V₁ = 7.68 L, T₁ = (273 + 30) K = 303 K
New: V₂ = ? L, T₂ = (273 + 7) K = 280 K

For a fixed amount of gas under constant pressure: V₁/T₁ = V₂/T₂
Then, V₂ = V₁ × (T₂/T₁)

New volume, V₂ = 7.68 × (280/303) L = 7.10 L
