a)
After addition of 0.010 M N₂:
[N₂] = (0.010 + 1.0 × 10⁻³) M = 0.011 M
[H₂] = 1.0 × 10⁻³ M
[NH₃] = 0.020 M

N₂(g) + 3H₂(g) ⇌ 2NH₃(g)

Qeq = [NH₃]² / {[N₂] [H₂]³} = 0.020² / {0.011 × (1.0 × 10⁻³)³} = 3.6 × 10⁻⁷

b)

Since Qeq < Keq, the reaction will shift to right in order to increase the numerator of Qeq and to decrease the denominator of Qeq.

OR:
According to Le Chatelier's principle, the reaction will shift to the right in order to decrease the concentration of N₂.
