What are the easiest pokemon games?

I can only rate what I've played: 

from easiest to hardest:

-Sword: (No brain required. A dog would find it too easy)
-Omega Ruby: (A dog will find it very easy)
-Let's go Eevee: (Ramps up challenge by requiring opposable thumbs + a wrist)
-X: (A dog might find one or two fights to be "marginally taxing")
-Conquest: (occasionally requires basic thought)
-Ultra Sun: (actually requires a human player with basic motor skills)
-Heartgold: (easy but requires strategy sometimes)
-Yellow: (occasionally challenges the player)

The Let's Go! (Pikachu and Eevee) games are probably the easiest games.

Other more recent games are generally considered to be easier than the older games.
