How obvious is the Jehovah's Witnesses cult?

Christianity is over 2,000 years old and JWs a modern, American pretence from 1872. JWs claim only they are Christians and claim all other Christians are not Christian! But compare the bible and Christian beliefs with the JW beliefs and it is as plain as day that JWs only claim to be Christian because they are afraid to stand up as an entirely separate religion!

Completely obvious like other cults such as the Baptist church, Catholic church, Scientology and many others.

To what extent they are more a colt then Protestants? 
They have shunning? Orthodox Jews, Muslims, some Protestants have that. 

Do they have strict rules? Why is that bad? You beforehand know what to expect when you part of their society. While when you are a part of some of the Protestant communities, the rules are not clear. 

A leader, if you have a conflict with him personally, can accuse you in things which he just made up. He can close his eyes to the same things if you are his friend. But he becomes "a jealous for the Law" if you are enemies. If you are JW, you obey the equal Laws, if you are a leader or not. 

Regarding their laws on blud - Europian Court of Human Rights accolade their right to follow theirs believes.
