這句中翻英 求解！?

"Please excuse me, my English isn't very proficient, so I will keep my responses short."
或 
"Please excuse me, my English proficiency is quite poor, so my responses are short."

第一句是比較委婉的講法: 「對不起，我的英文不太好，所以我會比較簡短地(回答/答覆)。」
第二句較為直接: 「對不起，我的英文很差，所以(回答/答覆)都很簡短。」

isn't very proficient = 語言方面並沒有融會貫通的意思 
responses = 回答/答覆

難道大家在罵完死老美之後都忘記了＂老美是死不認錯，永遠不會說自己很差嗎？＂
標準的說法是：

「對不起，我的英文很差，所以(回答/答覆)都很簡短。」
＝Pardon me for my uniformly short answers. (As you know, ) English is not my mothertongue.

Sorry, my English in Taiwan is very poor
,(=too low a standard=below the usual standard and very low in quality and proficiency, unclear in American styled, expressed in few words only in low grammar learnt), 
so I gave short response.
There is a response in respect to your request .

My English is not good enough. So I  reply to you shortly.

「對不起，我的英文很差，所以(回答/答覆)都很簡短。」
Excuse me , my English is poor so I always speak short and easy sentence .
