The answer: 1-dimethylethylcyclobutene

Obviously, the parent chain is cylcobutene.

The longest chain of -C(CH₃)₃ group is ethyl and 2 methyl groups are attached at position 1. It is named as dimethylethyl, and the number of position "1" is omitted as there is no ambiguity ("2" is impossible).

The -C(CH₃)₃ group is attached to position 1 of cyclobutene.
