(4x^2+12xy+9y^2)(4x^2-12xy+9y^2) -9x^4= (2x+3y)^2(2x-3y)^2 - (3x^2)^2
= (4x^2-9y^2)^2 - (3x^2)^2
= (4x^2-9y^2-3x^2)(4x^2-9y^2+3x^2)
= (x^2-9y^2)(7x^2-9y^2)
= (3-3y)(x+3y)(√7x-3y)(√7x+3y)
