I think so.  I wear my mask so that others don't breathe in my respiratory drops.  If everyone wore masks no one would be passing the virus.

I think people who do not wear masks and either very selfish or very ignorant.  I also think that they don't think anyone's life but their own matters.   It is disrespectful.

That is a logical assessment.

Unfortunately, there's a third reason.  Trump has made wearing a mask a political statement.  How many dozens of cellphone videos have we seen of some idiot being told he/she needs a mask to enter a store and staging a little protest tantrum?

Weeks ago I heard Fauci or some other trustworthy expert say that if 80% of Americans wore masks we'd have had this virus knocked out by now.  But the GOP has worked for decades now to ensure that we can never get 80% of Americans to agree on ANYTHING.  Caring about the lives of Americans, or even your own life, now makes you a 'socialist'.  8^P

Mostly their life.  It doesn't protect the person wearing it as well as it protects everyone else from that person.
