As long as it's still over minimum wage, they can.

Not without notice.  They can't just change your wage without telling you before you work.  Of course, asking here gets you no where without talking with them.

It's legal. You have the option of continuing to work, or not. Right now, A LOT of people's pay is being reduced..... It's that or the business go under.

Many other stores in my area have kicked off the "bonus hazard salary" when Covid was highest...they were paying $4.00/hr more. Definitely were not WalMart. Some food stores and pharmacies were paying that.2 weeks.

So sad :(. It’s really very surprised me.
