Coors Light it is good beer ?

If you like watery beer, with no body and minimal taste, it's fine.  I'd only use it to wash sanitizing solution off of my beer brewing equipment.

It’s alright with other drinks on its own a bit weak hard to get drunk off 

If you like drinking weak pee it's great.

It's alright but I am not a huge fan of Coors light. If you have a fragile stomach then it may be best not to drink.

People drink "light" beers so they can drink more beer without getting too drunk or too fat.
Otherwise, "light" beers are pitiful,  tasteless.  You might as well just water down a good beer.

But as re: "fragile stomach" a light beer would not be enough to matter.
