It will never be real. Those will always exist, as long as humans exist.

No, I don't think one with life and none of those is real.

It certainly isn't that way now, but I'm hopeful it may be some day.

We can try to mitigate violence but sickness and death is an inevitable part of life. We all have to go sometime. How we go is what needs to be addressed. People with terminal conditions should be allowed to end their lives however they choose. 

That is impossible, we will all have to die eventually,
