According to what the JW organization teaches - which no JW that has answered so far has been willing to admit - all non-JWs who are not studying the Bible with JWs and progressing toward baptism; or are not the young minor children of JWs, will be destroyed by their god when "the end" comes.

The JW organization teaches that only baptized JWs in good standing with God has any valid hope of surviving Armageddon. They also teach that you can't have a good standing with God if you're not associated with their organization - it doesn't matter how good of person you are and how closely you follow the Bible in your life.

Their organization would have them believe that god is partial to their organization and you must support it and be loyal to it or he will destroy you. It's all a ploy to scare people into joining and supporting their organization. The organization is basically exploiting people's fear of displeasing God and of being destroyed at Armageddon, to manipulate them into joining and supporting it. It's toxic, cultic sectarianism.

The Christian Bible gives us the answer to your question.  I am not sure about the JW one though.

While Christians are not members of the group that calls themselves "Jehovah's Witnesses" In truth it is Christians that are truly Jehovah's witnesses. The group that calls themselves "Jehovah's Witnesses" are not Christians, because they reject Yeshua the Christ as the Messiah, and as the Son of God. No one can come to God the Father except by way of the Son, Yeshua the Christ.

Many millions who lived in centuries past and who weren’t Jehovah’s Witnesses will have an opportunity for salvation. The Bible explains that in God’s promised new world, “there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” (Acts 24:15) Additionally, many now living may yet begin to serve God, and they too will gain salvation. In any case, it’s not our job to judge who will or won’t be saved. That assignment rests squarely in Jesus’ hands.—John 5:22, 27.

Paul was sure that Jehovah could recognize hypocritical worship, and he was likewise convinced that Jehovah could identify those who are obedient to Him. Paul manifested his strong conviction by the wording he chose when writing under inspiration to Timothy. After referring to the spiritual harm that apostates were already inflicting upon some within the congregation, Paul wrote: “Despite that, the solid foundation of God remains standing, having this seal, ‘Jehovah knows those who belong to him,’ and, ‘Let everyone calling on the name of Jehovah renounce unrighteousness.’”—2 Tim. 2:18, 19.

In due time, Jehovah will expose all who practice badness or who lead a double life, making a clear “distinction between a righteous person and a wicked person, between one serving God and one not serving him.” (Mal. 3:18) In the meantime, it is reassuring to know that “the eyes of Jehovah are on the righteous, and his ears listen to their supplication.”—1 Pet. 3:12.

JW doctrine says they simply won't be resurrected

they will be dead, the way atheists believe they will be

Or like monty python sang "you come from nothing, you're going back to nothing. So what have you lost? Nothing!"
