Is the pandemic almost over?

It won't be over until there is a vaccine or cure.

Until that point - social distancing and caution will always be required.

It isn't over until we can shake hands with a stranger and not need to worry about what they might have.

It isn't over until we can go to a crowded stadium for a sporting or music event and not have to worry if the person next to us coughs.

It isn't over until we can leave home with a face mask and not have to worry about what we might catch while we are out.

Until we can return to life as normal before COVID - it isn't over.

No, the 2nd wave is weeks away. 

I hope so.

But it looks like it's stuck with us like the flu and AIDS.

Bubonic plague is still around too. But minimal deaths.

Not until the day after the November elections.

I honestly don't think so just yet but they are attempting to find a vaccine for it. There may be another wave coming.
