MAYBE THEY WANT TO SO WHY NITPICK? GOD REMAINS 3 IN ONE...WE ALREADY KNOW GOD IS IN 3 FORMS SO WHY DO U WORRY? HE HAS ALL POWER!! RELAX.
GOOD POINT. YHVH GOD IS THE FATHER, YESHUA IS THE SON OF GOD AND THE HOLY SPIRIT IS YHVH GOD'S SPIRIT.
Why do people talk as if God and Jesus are separate if Jesus is actually God? False religions teaching.
Jesus said he was God's son, Almighty God said that Jesus was his son.
Jesus plainly stated that he was more than a good man. He said: I am God’s Son. John 10:36 Of course, anyone could claim to be the Son of God. But if Jesus’ claim were false, what would that make him? Really, not a good man, but a great fraud!
The most reliable testimony came from God himself. He twice said concerning Jesus: This is my Son. Matthew 3:17; 17:5 Just think: The Scriptures report only a few occasions when God’s own voice was heard on earth yet on two of them he affirmed Jesus as his Son!
This is by far the best proof that Jesus was who he said he was. Jesus never claimed to be God, but he repeatedly spoke of himself as God’s Son. Even his enemies acknowledged this.
Jesus never even suggested that he was God or was equal to him. So to teach such a thing dishonors Jesus.
He is God’s Son. Whereas his father is Almighty God.
The fact of the matter. Jesus is not God. Jesus was a Jewish preacher who had quite a following. After he died his followers decided he must have been divine. They started the belief that he was God and it grew and grew until... Well, you know.
It goes to the "divine nature", Acts 17:29, 2 Peter 1:4.
When Christians say "God" they are referring to the Trinity.
Or to the Son?
Or to the Holy Spirit?
Because of the eternal union
each in and of themselves can properly and accurately be called "God".
That is:
The Father is ALWAYS in union with Son and Holy Spirit
(the Son and the Holy Spirit are "in him")
therefore: the Father is himself fully God.
Likewise for the Son and Holy Spirit.

It puzzles me too, for Jesus taught us to address God as "Our Father who is in heaven". Christians know Him as their adoptive heavenly Father, and call Him "Abba, Father" (Romans 8:14-17). When I say "God", I have in mind all 3 persons who subsist in the one Being of God. When I think of the 3 persons, individually, I think of either the Father, or the Son, or the Holy Spirit. That's my thinking. I can't answer for anyone else.
Yes, there are distinctions within the Godhead, the 3 persons relating to the others in particular ways, and having distinct functions (roles). This means that - as at Jesus' baptism - the Father was invisible (for he is Spirit) and spoke from Heaven, the Son had become the man, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit (who is also invisible Spirit) manifested as a dove above Jesus' head. At other times He manifested as flames of fire, so He chooses when and how to appear. I hope that helps you understand a little this deepest of all doctrines - the Being of God (complex, not simple.)
The fact of the matter: The reason is because most people don't want to admit that there is One God and Three Persons in the Godhead bodily when it state it very plainly, read John 14:26, read John 15:26, read 1 John 5:7, read 1 John 5:8, read Colossians 1:19, read Colossians 2:9, read Genesis 1:26, read 2 Corinthians 1:3, read Ephesians 1:3, read 1 Peter 1:2, read John 14:16, read Acts 2:33, read Philippians 2:9, read Psalm 68:18
