買了公屋之後有咩方法可以再買居屋或私樓?

可買任何私樓和已補地價居屋，因已補地價的居屋在法律上跟一般私人住宅沒有分別。

You can buy any properties, as soon as you have the money (or necessary financing).

You are no longer subject to the Housing Department's control, except:

1. How you use or own the public housing unit; and,

2. You would not be qualified to buy most HOS property, except those with market difference paid.
