How can one believe that out of the hundreds of religions and thousands of churches, that only YOURS is the truth and the rest are not real?

Really there is only one religion in the world, the Christian religion. I know it’s PC to call Islam a religion, Buddhism a religion, but really they are false religions. Christians hundreds of years ago were not afraid to call them false religion. God is not the author of confusion: there is one religion 

Because when coming to faith, we try very hard to not adopt a false one. Here's your sign; have someone read it to you.

Because i say so. I dont examine belief systems you silly goose. I just know cuz it's what I want and i dont even know what mine even says. Heck if i even follow its responsibilities and act as it says 

We Christians have Gods only word to mankind for all our guidance, his Holy Bible.

Religion involves man trying to reach God or a better afterlife by doing good works. Religion cannot save you; only JESUS saves.

Because we have all sinned against a perfectly holy and righteous God, we all deserve eternal separation from God in hell (Rom. 6:23). However, God loves us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to die on the cross as our Substitute so we don't have to go to hell. Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose from the grave three days later (1 Cor. 15:3-4). He gives eternal life freely to anyone who simply believes in Him for it. No one can be saved by doing good works. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone (Eph. 2:8-9).

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life" (John 6:47).
