to take out the garbage for me------the infinitive adjunct is used after some verbs(eg:-need) which are used with preposition---to infinitive, eg:-to see, to come, to clean, to wash, to tell, to take out;

說實話，我覺得每個option都不能讓句子變得通順

不過如果是D的話，句子就是  I need someone isn’t his work to take out the garbage for me. 

雖然不太通順，但意思是：
我需要一位任何一位不是他本分的人去幫我把垃圾拿出去。
